Hi Jim and Antranig,
First off, a bit of background for those on the list who have no clue
what Antranig is referring to here. Jim Eng works at the University of
Michigan, who have been really interested in using Infusion for their
Sakai 3 development work. Jim kindly offered to send a few Fluidites
down to Ann Arbor to give a workshop on client-side development with
Infusion. We're trying to work out the logistics.
To get to the point, I don't think June 29 and 30th are feasible for
me to travel to Michigan. As I said in a previous email off-list, June
is an incredibly busy time for our community, with several large
meetings happening in close proximity.
I still think our best option is the one I suggested before. Let's
piggyback on the Fluid Engage All-Hands meeting and schedule an
Infusion workshop here in Toronto afterwards on June 25 and 26th.
Since there are a large number of developers from Michigan who are
interested, we can book a video conferencing room so they can attend
remotely.
If that option doesn't work, Antranig may be able to present this
workshop alone later in June. Or we can wait until October or November
when Antranig will be in North America and travel logistics may be
easier to work out.
Hope this helps,
Colin
