Michigan Workshop on Client-Side Development

Chatting to Jim Eng on Friday, he says that June 29th/30th would be a good
time for the client-side workshop. It is probably already too short to
sort something out for before Fluid All-hands. He says there are 7-9
developers he knows would be interested in attending, and probably more
would turn up if advertised. This time makes moderate sense for me - I
guess Colin would need to consider whether it worked out for him. Let's
get the ball in the hole for this one, since the Month is drawing on :P
