Default branch name in GitHub

The branches for fluid-lab <https://github.com/fluid-lab> inclusive-design <https://github.com/inclusive-design/> and fluid-project <https://github.com/fluid-project> have all been updated to remove the “master” branch in favour of “main”. There were some repos that didn’t use “master”; those have been left as is. For those that now have “main” as the default. I’ve made PRs to many of them, but there may still be some stray “master” references in some repos.
It seems that links to the “master" branch will redirect to “main", so our external linking should be okay. However, as we find references to them in code or otherwise, we should update as needed.
Thanks
Justin
