I’m guessing that someone with appropriate privileges (“owner”?) and knowledge would copy (move?) the repositories from your github into fluid-project’s. The “owners” of the fluid-project repos are Justin, Colin and Antranig.

I’ve got JIRA admin status, so I could create the JIRA component.
