Infusion directory restructuring

The pathing issue should be fixed in Infusion master now. ( see merged pull request: https://github.com/fluid-project/infusion/pull/543 ). Note that this change is only for the pathing issue inside infusion itself, and doesn't change which version of infusion is pulled down by node-jqunit.

The changes were quite extensive as they involved moving tests, examples, and demos up to the top level, as siblings of src.
