** Note: I recognize that I am not sending you these bug reports in
the format you specified. I am however sending them in the format
that is the most efficient use of my time. I would like to make it
through all 10 QA tests plans as a VoiceOver dependent user. For any
test which raised a concern I provided the name of the test and my
observations. Please let me know if there is anything I can add to
the report on the subsequent test plans to make this style of feedback
more valuable.
general and states QA test
In English, w/ VO
Test 2: Visual feedback for list items
Thumbnail image link has no alt text, I wonder what it is and where it
goes?
Duration of exhibit is a link, I wonder if it takes me to the same
place as the name of the exhibit which is also a link?
When the exhibition page loads I hear "Web page loaded" but not the
title of the page
Test 3: Visual feedback for buttons (cont'd from Test 2)
When the catalog loads I hear "Web page loaded" but not the title of
the page
Test 4: Visual feedback for options in the navigation bar (cont'd from
Test 3)
Label on icon is "Switch to grid layout" not "Switch to grid view"
Nothing is spoken and label of icon does not change when activating
(double tapping) on the icon.
Test 5: Visual feedback for grid items (cont'd from Test
** This testing protocol appears to be incorrect for VO, as it doesn't
mention catalog items, but mentions exhibitions.
Should be:
1. Select an item, you should hear the name of the item
2. Double-tap the item, you should hear "Web page loadedd" and the
name of the item
When the item page loads I only hear "Web page loaded"
Boundary Tests
This part of the QA page is confusing, is it missing information?
