Engage 0.3b release: trunks are frozen (QAing can commence!)

Hi everyone,

We're ready to start QA for the Engage 0.3 beta release. As a result, the Engage SVN trunk is now frozen. Because we're using a custom trunk build of Infusion, it is frozen as well. No commits may be made to either areas of the repository.

This is a conditional freeze: we're still tweaking performance, so fixes related ENGAGE-342 may still be committed, but only with permission from the release manager (Jess).

Let's start the testing!
