My Collection behavior changed for 0.3

Just to clarify, this is largely an issue of how Hugues manages the collection once the user taps the "Send" button. For this first round, he won't bother to merge the mobile collection with any existing user collection in his own CMS.

Given that we've already implemented persistence of a user's personal collection in Couch, there's no reason to remove this functionality for Engage 0.3.

Users will be able to email their collections to themselves, but it'll be an artifact dump of what's in the collection at the time of sending (i.e., no linking a user ID to a collection, no syncing of collections, etc.).
