[#FLUID-3613] Image Reorder removes the alt text from img in the markup

Hi all,

We don't think this is a bug.  The alt text is missing because of the use of the "role" attribute based on the ARIA spec.  The spec can be found here, http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria/roles#presentation.  The JIRAR issue is here, http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3613.
