ConFLUence skin proposal

This is something I have eagerly awaited as a consequence of the ConFLUence
upgrade, but we should run it by the concerned so we can see of any
undesirable consequences.
The skin we have for our wiki currently I find very undesirable, due to the
way the most important page controls are not only stuffed into the left bar
but by default HIDDEN! Such controls as "edit page". ATKINS has suggested
that the default wiki theme for Confluence 3 (to which we have now upgraded
thanks to Jamon) has a more helpful and also more traditional theme with
controls at top and bottom, in plain view.
Anastasia mentioned that the current theme we have is the result of a lot
of work in the past, to resolve some problems people had with the historickal
theme (our previous instance was more than 2 years old) but I am not sure
that any of us have in our memory what these problems were and what we did
to avoid them. Do we?
So, I propose setting our global wiki theme to the current (new) default one -
this should be easily reversible if it causes problems for anyone.
Any opinions?
Boz.
