Hi all,

We've solidified our plans for next week's all-hands design workshop.
Our agenda now is as follows:

0. Introduction (5 minutes; James)
- Where we are, and what the workshop's activities will entail

1. Where museums have been, where they'd like to be (30 minutes;
moderated by Ron)
1A. Retrospective
- On a post-it note, writing a short description (with key features)
of a major project (kindred to Engage's goals) they've been involved
in or responsible for
1B. Future thinking
- On a post-it note, writing a short description of a project (kindred
to Engage's goals) they'd like to see realized

2. UCD presentation (15 minutes; Muriel)
- Brief overview of our design process/methodologies
- While Muriel's presenting, the other designers will be working on an
affinity diagram with post-its from #1

3. Show-and-tell + dialogue (65 minutes; James, Tona, Muriel, Vicki)
3A. Mobile (10 minutes; James [+ Heidi/Jacob])
3B. Mapping (10 minutes; Tona, Muriel, Vicki)
3C. Dialogue (45 minutes)
- Do we want dialogue to happen: a. concurrently with the
show-and-tell, b. after each show-and-tell, c. after both
show-and-tells?

4. Brainstorm for direction (60 minutes; moderated by Ron)
- Break into groups of 6-8 to generate goals, ideas, considerations
for mobile, mapping, and meta-projects arising from #1B
- One facilitator per group
- Intended to give us direction and recommendations of where we should
head with projects we already have (mobile, mapping), and ones we
might/should engage in (wider picture; meta-projects from #1B)

5. Summary and wrap-up (5 min; James, Ron)
