OSDPL: Icons representing content status

Hi Jonathan,
You may have mentioned this in one of your other e-mails about the
OSDPL but could you please remind me when the "Not reviewed" means. It
would seem that "Draft", "Open for Comments", and "Ready for Review"
are all in a state of not having been reviewed.
