OSDPL: Icons representing content status

Hi everyone.

I'm continuing work on the design pattern workflow on the OSDPL. So
far a design pattern can take any of the following states:

- Draft
- Open for Comments
- Ready for Review
- Published
- Reviewed
- Not reviewed**

I'm trying to think of a succinct icon that describes each state, but
I can't think of anything appropriate. Anyone care to make
suggestions?

Also the phrase "not reviewed" feels awkward. Anyone suggest a better
phrase or term to describe content that has not been reviewed by an
editor?
