Please review updates to the progress indicators

Hi Allison,

Thanks for fixing up the problem with the colour.

As for the "Ready for Development" I'm fine with that, but do agree  
that the colours need to be changed as the "Ready for Development" and  
"In Design" colours are too close to easily distinguish. It may be a  
good chance to re-think the entire colour scheme, but whatever people  
like is good for me.

If we could all come to a decision soon, that would be good for me, as  
I'm nearing completion on the redesign of the progress indicators.

In case you don't know about the redesign, basically I'm re-writing  
them making use of fluid components such as the renderer and the  
progress bar from the uploader. The end goal will be to make it easier  
to update and modify.
