Please review updates to the progress indicators

Hey Justin,

Erin and I just went through & updated the Date Picker Progress  
Indicator. We realized that we may want to consider having another  
status for our 'carrot' components...out of design, but not yet in  
development. I put an idea for what this could look like (with a new  
'Ready for Development' status) on the Date Picker Progress Indicator  
page: http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Progress+Indicator+-+Date+Picker 
, but feel free to change it. I think if we keep this format, we may  
want to make the "In Design" color a bit more orange. What do folks  
think?

Also, I was noticing that the background color for "Future" at the top  
of the page (sortuv beige) didn't match the color for it in the legend  
(white). In the "Legend" section it just needed a ";" after the hex  
code (style="background:#FFFDE3;") to make it work properly and match,  
so I just fixed all of them.

I'll go through the Inline Edit Progress Indicators with Daphne when  
she gets back if it's OK to wait 'til then.
