The latest Uploader behaviour

My understanding was that both would come up at the same time, not  
that the OS dialog would come up before the Uploader dialog.

I don't find it confusing to have both open at the same time. In fact  
once you are familiar with how the Uploader works, it seems that it  
makes more sense to have the both dialogs open as the OS File browser  
should be seen as an extension of the Uploader dialog.
