Infusion 0.3: We're frozen

Hi everyone,

As of now, we've frozen the code for the components trunk in SVN.  
We're finishing up the last round of QA for Infusion 0.3, and expect  
to tag and release the final package on Monday. Please don't commit  
any new code until the tag has been cut and we've lifted code freeze.

We've all been working hard to prepare this release. Nice job, everyone!
