Iteration 8 Planning (4/30 - 5/13)

Daphne,
Can you put me down for .25 for each of these tasks:

- Finalize Uploader design tweaks
- Update Uploader design pattern based on design changes (from user  
testing)
- Discuss and finalize 0.4 Components

I will, or would like to, participate in these tasks and since I have  
some *design* hours, it's probably worth tracking those hours.
