Summit Technical Schedule

Hi everyone,

I've just created a rough schedule for the summit.

I've put in question marks where I'm not sure who is leading the  
discussion. Please fill these in if you know. Also, if you feel that  
something has too long or too short of a time slot feel free to move  
things around or let me know.
