Fluid vision statement draft

Hi everyone,

In preparation for next week's summit I have drafted a short vision 
statement for the project, attempting to describe our goals and impact 
on the participating projects.

A vision should be built up through consensus, so please treat this as a 
very rough draft and feel free to contribute your thoughts. We'll talk 
about this first thing on Monday.
