Commit access nomination: Jonathan Hung

Hi all,

Just a reminder of the process for voting on commit access. While the 
nomination should be posted publicly to fluid-work, voting happens 
privately, allowing current committers to freely share their opinions 
without fear of hurt feelings, etc.
