Inclusive Design Etherpad instance

Hello,

We now have an Etherpad instance running at https://pad.inclusivedesign.ca (what's an etherpad? See https://etherpad.org).

The contents of the GPII's Etherpad instance have been migrated over to it, including all pads and users/passwords, so it should be all available by changing an existing pad URL from using "pad.gpii.net" to "pad.inclusivedesign.ca".

The password reset functionality is not working for unknown reasons, I still need to investigate what might be causing that. In the meantime, feel free to send me an email and I'll reset your password.
