Hello Fokou Joel,

Regarding JIRA <https://issues.fluidproject.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa> you’ll need to create an account. There should be a login/signup option on the landing page, as well as in the top right hand corner. However, the WeCount project does not use JIRA, they use GitHub Issues <https://github.com/inclusive-design/wecount.inclusivedesign.ca/issues> in the repo itself, so you do not need to use JIRA for that.
