Short/Lighting Skill development meetings

A while back I had suggested the idea of doing skill building/professional development related community meetings. However, with the pandemic and our current moratorium on Wednesday afternoon meetings, we’ve more or less put the community meetings on hiatus. What I’d like to suggest now is to have some brief/lightning skill development meetings in their place.
What I’d like to suggest is that these meetings take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays directly following the planning and standup meetings respectively. They should last on the order of 10 - 15 minutes and concisely cover a specific topic. To start things off, I think we can cover a point of the Laser Eye Checklist <https://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Laser+Eye+Checklist>, one item per meeting. This will both serve as a reminder about what we are aiming for in terms of our development, but also as an opportunity to expand on what each point means, and review the checklist itself. (An additional final outcome could be to create a Pull Request Template and check to use with our projects on GitHub.)
Please let me know what you think. Also, ideally, we’ll have different people covering each topic, so please let me know if you’d like to lead any. Lastly we’ll need some more ideas for the future, so feel free to suggest those as well.
Thanks
Justin
