Decision trees?

Hi all,

We've had a question from Trebor at the Platform Cooperativism Consortium about options for integrating a decision tree into the platform.coop website. I've done a bit of looking for accessible and inclusively-designed web-based decision tree tools and have come up empty. Has anyone encountered good options for this in their work?
