Internationalization / French translation of Preferences Framework

I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this – getting a French-language demo of UIO might be a good talking point in the Canadian context. (I recognize our current resources both to do the translation and implement it are not exactly present)

    From my conversation with Justin it sounds like we have affordances for
    this, but no current French translation (or a language toggle). We do have
    them for the First Discovery Tool, which I pointed Bob to below.
    
    This email is more in the vein of an "FYI, we've been asked about this"
