FLUID-5922 - Upgrade to Fedora 24

Hello,

 Fedora 24 was released today [1] and includes GNOME 3.20, KDE 5.6, among other updates [2].

 A new Vagrant box named "inclusivedesign/fedora24" was released [3]. To start using edit, edit the Vagrantfile of your project and change the config.vm.box variable accordingly.

 As it has passes all tests in fluid-project/infusion, I would like to propose we make this version our default target [4].
