NPM Organization

It looks like NPM Organizations were officially released.

I propose that we create an NPM organization for Fluid which would then be responsible for all of the fluid-project related NPM repos. This will simplify the process of managing access to existing and future NPM repositories. At the moment we have to manually add each member to all the necessary NPM repos and manage updates to all as needed. This will be more error prone as we increase our number of NPM repos and have more fluctuation in members being added/removed from them.
