Communication in the Fluid community

Thanks for setting this up Gio. Something like https://github.com/42wim/matterbridge could be interesting if we decide to make us of Mattermost. It seems that it would allow us to work in Mattermost, but still have a presence in IRC for those that prefer to use that.
