Inclusive EPUB 3 Guide - progress update

Hi everyone,

Over the past few weeks, Beth and I have been making progress on the
creation of an inclusive EPUB 3 guide. While the work is being carried out
on the Fluid Project wiki, the finished content will be migrated to the
Inclusive Learning Design Handbook at http://handbook.floeproject.org/

Work on this guide is now split into two streams:

1. Refining and editing the content that is nearly complete and ready for
migration / publishing.
2. Work that is still ongoing and requires more research.

Beth, Anastasia, and I will continue our work in these areas. As research
matures and content is ready for publishing, we will add it to the
Inclusive Learning Design Handbook. Our goal is to have good usable content
accessible by end of July (if not sooner).

We welcome any feedback from the community as this is an evolving area of
interest.
