Should we drop fluid.tabs?

Hi everyone,

With the new designs of UIOptions, we no longer use tabs in the fat panel. The code itself is just a wrapper on the jQuery tabs widget to make it easier to use with the IoC system.

I'm wondering whether we can safely remove it from the code base now. Apparently, this component was never documented in our API docs. 

Thoughts?
