Fluid Wiki theme upgrades

As a follow-up to the recent upgrade to the Fluid wiki, we will also be updating the theme used by the wiki. This will result in some changes to the appearance and layout, but improve the usability of the site.

These upgrades will not require any wiki downtime, but you will likely notice changes to the appearance and layout of the pages as we implement them.
