Scheduled downtime for wiki.fluidproject.org on Sep 14

This upgrade has been delayed.  wiki.fluidprojects.org will not be offline at 6:00 PM EDT.  The upgrade will still take place tonight so I will send out another notice before taking Confluence offline.
