Video player design and implementation gaps

Hi Michelle,

Tona and I took a look at the current build of the video player (http://build.fluidproject.org/videodemo/videoPlayer/demos/Mammals.html), the iteration plan (http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Floe+Iteration+Plan), and the current video player designs (http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Floe+video+player+design+%28February%29).

The following is a list of the short-term (i.e., for the next iteration or two) gaps we think that exist either in the designs or in the implementation/iteration plan.

Designs to be refined/added:
- Transcript lock (ability to stop synchronization of transcript scrolling to the video playback)
- UIO large UI interaction
- UIO integration generally (both contextually in situ with the component and globally at the page level)
- Requesting of alternatives (and transparency of request status?)

Designs were completed and should go into implementation in the next iteration:
- Transcript download
- Initial video buffering indicator
- Play button hover
- CC-only scrubber hover
