Styling update and a captions bug

Here's a workaround:
https://github.com/colinbdclark/videoPlayer/commits/FLUID-4596
It's an interesting responsiveness issue. Since line height doesn't change the surrounding context of an element--containers don't get larger--it's difficult to get the layout to flow properly. This workaround styles the background of the text element itself to look like the handle, causing it to expand with the size of the text. The downside, of course, is that the whole handle now drifts lower as the line height is increased, but it at least preserves the readability of the text.
This will become a problem again when I get the little wedge styled on the bottom of the scrubber handle.
