VideoPlayer styling update (day 1)

Hi Colin,

Thanks for all the work and the update. 

Alex and I are looking at the placement of captions. Captionator has an option called 'controlHeight' which takes a number of pixels and will display the captions above this. We will modify the code to place the captions above the controls and push your branch to the demo branch. This is not a long term solution since we actually require the placement to change depending on settings in UIO.
