Github integration for JIRA

Looks like the plugin we are using is also out of date and has been replaced by this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.bitbucket
This is supposed to also work with mercurial, although maybe only in bitbucket.
