jQuery versions for Infusion 1.4

Hi everyone,

We're quickly approaching bug parade and code freeze for Infusion 1.4. For this release, we're going to ship with the latest stable versions of jQuery and jQuery UI available today. So, Infusion 1.4 will include:

 * jQuery 1.6.1
 * jQuery UI 1.8.12

In case you're interested in seeing our progress, Harris, Mike, and John have been tracking new jQuery releases in a series of Github branches of Infusion:
