[#FLUID-3878] Improve Uploader's error messages

Hi Colin, Mike,

I have attached an alpha patch for the Uploader's Error Handler.  This patch includes the file handling such as when selected files exceed fileQueueLimit.  I still have some code cleanup and refractoring to do.  I will post up another patch once that is done.
