Wiki digest notifications

Hi All,

The wiki is now sending notifications again, based on my limited testing
with 2 different accounts.

If you would like to reenable nightly digest notifications messages,
visit this page:
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/users/viewmyemailsettings.action

You have 2 options:
1) If the Subscribe to daily updates box is not checked, hit the edit
button and toggle it on.
2) If the Subscribe to daily updates box is checked, hit the edit button
and toggle it off, then hit edit again and toggle it on.

Notifications go out at 00:01 EDT, so it will take a day until you
receive anything.
