jquery upgrade 1.5.2

Hi John,

I will be joining in for the jQuery upgrade.  I have cloned your branch based on 1.5.1 upgrade(https://github.com/jkkremer/infusion/tree/FLUID-4113).  I am going to try further upgrading the libraries to 1.5.2 and see what happens.  I am not going to change your .val() tests since you have already started on it.
