Hi All,

The wiki was down for a few hours this past evening due to MySQL and
Confluence's jdbc engine running out of connections with a message like
this:

Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is
net.sf.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection

Attempting to restart the wiki resulted in Confluence's Tomcat engine
starting but not fully deploying the plugin system:

[atlassian.plugin.manager.DefaultPluginManager] init Initialising the
plugin system

Since Anastasia is leading a documentation push and the running
Confluence version was 3.0, I went ahead and upgraded the wiki to run
Confluence 3.3. All seems to be well, please let me know if any problems
arise.
