QA testing

Hi Justin:

On the http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Testing+Fluid+Components 
  page, the four QA plans enhanced with WCAG are listed - pager,  
progress, image reorderer, uploader

On each page there is a spreadsheet attached that documents the  
rationale for how WCAG is applied. I expect the plans will change and  
be refined as they are used.
For example in some cases the test addresses an issue that is really a  
demo problem and not a component issue per se. But I hope this is a  
helpful start.
