Kiosk design overview document up on the wiki

Hey kiosk design folks,

I've written up a kiosk design overview to the wiki. You can find it here:

The page summarizes what we know, and provides background information,
goals, and considerations. This should help us to stay on the same page with
each other. I'll continue to update it, correct it, and fill in more details
as they come.
