Daily Build server is currently down

This one is my mistake. For both Engage and Infusion, we need to update version numbers in two places:

1. The Maven POM file
2. The Ant build.properties file

I forgot to update both in the latter file. I'm sure this is something we can fix in the future, but in the meantime, sorry for the inconvenience. The build is back.
