Engage 0.3b: we're frozen

Hi all,

We've squashed each of the major issues that were found during QA testing. As a result, Infusion and Engage's trunks are now both frozen. Please don't commit to them until QA has completed.

If you are working on code for Engage (e.g. performance optimizations), do it in a branch.

Let the QA testing begin again!
