Engage 0.3b release tasks

> 3. ENGAGE-380: In Voice Over, the Object Code Entry buttons are

I tried out the object code page with iPhone 3G S, w/ VO 3.1.3, english

1. Cleared cookies and cache from Home > Settings > Safari

2. Opened up Safari and went to Object Code screen

3. VO did not announce labels on buttons, only announced "button" for  
each button

Am I missing a step in making sure that nothing is cached?
