FE 0.3 bug: ‘Audio and video’ and ‘Related artifacts’ panels don’t appear at the artifact page

(I guess this is not properly a bug, but anyway, I report it) The ‘Audio and
video’ and the ‘Related artifacts’ panels don’t appear at the artifact page.
