FE 0.3 bug: ‘View all objects’ and ‘view all objects in a theme’, display all the objects even when more than 20

The “view all objects” and “view all objects in (a theme)” pages display the
full list of objects, even when there are more than 20. The button at the
bottom of the page ('load 20 more objects') doesn't appear.

This applies both for list and grid views.
