added engage-293 to bug parade

I hope it is okay that I've added Engage-293 to bug parade.

It has some missing features needed to get the code entry page actually working. 

Unfortunately I hadn't realized that it wasn't on bug parade earlier in the day, and I feel I need to get the commit in asap. 1) so that the we will have a functioning page 2) so that sveto can see it when he starts working. (since he is about 7 hrs ahead of me)

If it is deemed to have been inappropriate to commit, I'll gladly reverse.
